plasma-widgets-workspace software package provides plasma widgets and containments for the KDE Plasma Workspace, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plasma-widgets-workspace
plasma-widgets-workspace is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plasma-widgets-workspace package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plasma-widgets-workspace *
You will get with plasma-widgets-workspace package name, version, architecture and description in a table
